The words above are dedicated to my
yesterday. 2012 came with amazing and tough lessons, cutting my hair has given
me this amazing freeing feeling. I feel like when the hair fell off all my
issues fell with it, watching the lady sweep my hair away gone was the
heaviness that came with it. I can truly understand the brand new kinda free
Alicia Keys is referring to in this track. 14 Feb. a year ago was the day my
father died, when it came this year I felt like if only I could just hide away
at least till 15 Feb. :).
Needless to say the day came and went, and guess what I made it through. With that in mind I now know I'm stronger than I thought, my pain body may still pop up from time to time and that's okay coz it don't phaze me :). The brand new kinda me is busy exploring her creative side so watch this space...
